The EN Fire Test Room is a complete, integrated fire testing laboratory that calibrates and verifies smoke detector performance to European and GB standards, delivered and commissioned as a full turnkey system.
- Complies with EN54-7, EN54-20 and EN14604, plus GB4715
- Complete turnkey solution covering lab planning, hardware integration, software, consumables, installation, commissioning and training
- High-precision optical and ionisation smoke measurement for accurate, repeatable data
- 2m optical path densitometer using the extinction coefficient (m) method
- Automatic ignition for four standard fire sources: smouldering wood, smouldering polyurethane, cotton wick and wood fire
- Dedicated test software, control computer and integrated electrical control cabinet
- Radiation-safety compliant, using the DELTA EC-912 ion concentration meter with a very low-activity sealed source (ion meter purchased separately)
- Recommended laboratory space approx. 10.0m (L) x 7.0m (W) x 4.0m (H)
- UK based technical support and full onsite training
- UKAS traceable calibration and maintenance packages available
