The DTP33 is an automated, dual-channel calibration tunnel that calibrates smoke detectors inline on a production line — up to 10,000 units per 8-hour shift — for manufacturers who need high-volume throughput without losing optical precision.
- EN/UL calibration with correlation
- Dual-channel operation — two alternating calibration stations for continuous running and minimal downtime
- Calibrates up to 10,000 units per 8-hour cycle (4 units per 10 seconds; under 2 seconds per alarm)
- Control precision of ±0.01 dB/m
- EN compliant aerosol generator using light paraffin, 0.5–1.0 μm particle size
- Optical chamber operating at 880–950 nm for accurate smoke turbidity measurement
